WWF has worked on elephant conservation in Kuiburi National Park in Thailand for many years. Thailand is the only country in Southeast Asia that has a stable and increasing population of Asian elephants.
WWF-Thailand works collaboratively with the many #EllyAllies in Kuiburi National Park to change conflict to sustainable coexistence between humans and wild elephants – through patrols, habitat enhancement, livelihood improvement, and cross sector engagement.
By recognizing the importance of effective cooperation and accelerating our collective problem-solving efforts, we can pave the way for a better future for humans and these majestic giants.
