In today’s vlog, I aimed to go jogging, but my plans took a detour when I found myself irresistibly drawn to the tantalizing aroma of authentic Thai cuisine. Despite the questionable decision to indulge in spicy Thai food before hitting the track, I embraced the challenge wholeheartedly. After all, life is about embracing the unexpected!
As I explored the mall, I stumbled upon the Skytrack—a remarkable running track suspended in the air amidst the vibrant energy of Bangkok. Each step treated me to a breathtaking panoramic view of the cityscape, momentarily diverting my attention from my fitness goals.
Nevertheless, fueled by determination, I pressed on and completed my 5km run (10 rounds) with a respectable average pace of 5.37 minutes per km. It was an exhilarating experience that left me craving more.
