DISCOVER PATTAYA EVENTS with Fabulous 103fm What’s on in Pattaya (26 April 2024)

A busy weekend and week ahead in and around the city of Pattaya,

Fun in the sun down on Jomtien beach as this weekend will see the Korfball World Beach Championships. With athletes from 18 different countries from around the world traveling here to compete for the title of world champion, that’s a 3 day long event taking place on the beach around Soi 12, with the finals on Sunday 28th April.

Also taking place in Jomtien, this Friday and Saturday the 26th and 27th April is the ‘Rak Na’ Pattaya Charity Music Festival. 2 evenings of live music and free entertainment by famous Thai artists, including a special performance by the Guitar King of Thailand, Lam Morrison. Great fun and all for a good cause as the proceeds from the event will be used towards scholarships for underprivileged children. The music starts at 6pm, and this will take place at the Big Fish Market, on Soi Grand Jomtien Soi 11.

Across the city and for an evening of live music by the Maprachan Lake, be sure not to miss a special performance by the popular Power Jam Duo, that’s on Saturday 27th April. Table reservations for this one are recommended.

One for you wine lovers as Wednesday is Winesday over at the Movenpick Siam Hotel in Na Jomtien. A 2 hour free flow of wines, cold cuts and cheese platters and live music. Priced at just 1,290 baht ++ per person. Available from 6 until 10pm, every Wednesday, at the Red Coral Lounge.

If you fancy a bite to eat in the city, some great deals over at the Jamesons Irish Pub located at the Nova Park just off Pattaya Klang. Every Tuesday-Sunday, they’re now offering 3 course set meals for just 295 baht. They also have specials on the drinks during their Happy hours, from 5-7pm.

For a traditional Sunday Roast by the lake, Hemingways Lakeside is sizzling up their Sunday Carvery from 12:30 until 5:30pm. Your choice of roasted meats, with all the trimmings, eat all you can for just 425 baht. Now with a Kid’s game zone, with table tennis, table football, playstations, and pool to keep the little ones entertained.

And last but not least, treat yourself this Sunday to the ‘Off the Grill’ Sunday Lunch Buffet at the Village Square, located at the Andaz Pattaya in Na Jomtien end enjoy ocean fresh seafood, fine de claire oysters, and a selection of all you can eat BBQ meats featuring Australian beef, New Zealand Lamb chops and Sand Lobster. That’s every Sunday, from 12 noon until 3pm, priced at just 1,990 baht ++ per person.
