Stir-fried Pork Belly – Simple Ingredients such as Palm sugar is a sweetness derived from various palm trees, garlic, chili pepper, red onion, spring onion, and some spices. With a few ingredients and some spices, Perfect to make a delicious dish for your family.

▶ Ingredients :
● Pork Belly, 500g
● Garlic, 1 bulb
● 1 large Red Onion
● Spring Onions, 3 stems
● Chilli Peppers, to taste
● Palm Sugar, 1 tbsp
● Oyster Sauce, 1 tbsp
● Fish Sauce, 1 tsp
● Salt, 1/2 tsp.

1. Trim off the pork belly into your favorite size and medium-sized recommended for stir fry.
2. Cut the vegetable. Chop the chili peppers, garlic, and red onion into small pieces, and then cut the spring onion into rings.
3. Heat the pan and then add the pork belly, fry for 20 minutes or until brown.
4. Drain some oil, add the chili, garlic, red onion, and fry until fragrant, about 30 to 40 seconds.
5. Add the fried pork belly, and stir until combined.
6. Sprinkle the spring onion. Enjoy your meal!
